Really nice stay, as always. Excellent staff, good services, and peaceful location adjacent to the center by the tram, direct tram to railway station and adjoining restaurant. Breakfast with which is great. Early check-in, parking on site. Free Wi-Fi provided.

The 'superior double room' was more like a 'mediocre double' especially with those questionable animal decorations everywhere. Almost slipped while navigating that ridiculous sliding bathroom door. I was startled to discover no one greeted me with a complimentary drink or a cute gesture. I wanted to give this place a decent review but just couldn't.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend getaway

Clean room, friendly staff, and a perfect location made our stay enjoyable, with easy access to the tram station that got us to the city center in just minutes.

I particularly enjoyed the cute atmosphere with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The room was clean, modern, and equipped with comfortable furnishings. The tram station right in front of the hotel made exploring central Strasbourg easy.

The Comfort Double Room was spacious and super clean. The bed was really comfortable. I liked the big bathroom, and the shower was great! The AC worked well, keeping the room cool during the summer heat. Only downside was the noise from the nearby train track, but it didn't bother me too much.

The room was clean, cozy, and the sunset view was amazing. I had a luxurious holiday that exceeded my expectations, especially with easy tram access to explore strasbourg.

The kids enjoyed the nearby Plumy Park, just a short walk away, while the friendly staff was good. Room wasnice and neat.

The bedroom was clean with a pleasant smell. The comfortable bed and excellent shower. The location was convenient, just a minute away from the tram that takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. Breakfast was also good, and the hotel had easy underground parking, though a little tight for larger vehicles.

The bathroom's glass door was a bit awkward for our group.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, with no marks on the walls or worn-out carpets. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. I decided to dine at the hotel restaurant and was delighted by the delicious food and wine, as well as the lively and warm atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the tram stop just a 1-minute walk away, making it easy for me to explore the city. I also appreciated the option of secure indoor parking for a reasonable fee. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
